Slice Of Italy — Restaurant in Gurugram District

The menu is extensive, they have all kinds of Italian dishes. Lassanias, pizzas, subs, pizzas, calzones, salads, flappies, mozzafitos , milkshakes and others. But, what is the point? I go to a restaurant to get good service, alas you don't get it. The bread they gave me is hard, the sub is so bland, there is no salt, they gave me two small sachets of tomato sauce and mustard sauce. They also gave me two other small packs of chilli seeds for seasoning. When I asked for a cold coffee they gave me a bottled cold coffee. If I wanted to drink cold coffee that was made a few weeks ago and stored in a fridge I can do that from any pawn show, why would I go to the restaurant? If you are giving me all the sauces and asking me to sprinkle them and make my own subs why do I need to come there? They did not have the commonsense to put the sub in the oven before giving it to me. I was appalled at the lack of ambience! If I wanted to eat in a dark unlit non air conditioned place, I can stand on the street and eat Vada pav! Why the hell should I come to this restaurant? I went there in the evening after staving for an entire day, needless to say I was super hungry but after eating half of the awful sub I could not eat anymore. I had to force the other half with difficulty. I am never going there again. I will find another Italian place. What a horrible experience! Never going to order anything from here again. We ordered Red velvet and Chocolate Truffle and they did not deliver both the cakes instead they deliver some 3rd cake Choco Lada ( which the birthday girl hated) Heres my dreadful experience with slice of Italy: I ordered two cakes (Red velvet and Chocolate Truffle) both half kgs. I placed the order for Red velvet in the morning from their website and paid in full. Later in the evening, I ordered one more cake by calling in their Gurgaon center. I checked with them 2-3 times over the phone and made sure both the cakes are ready. As I had invited a lot of guests, did not want last minute surprises. They said both cakes are ready and it will get delivered at my delivery time which was 11.00 PM. As per them they have prepared fresh Red velvet cake. The cake did not come until 12.15 AM. We had so many guests waiting over. After calling them over multiple times, the delivery came after the long wait, and the delivery guy came with some different cake( choco lada) and not the cakes we ordered. It was such an insulting thing in front of all the guests. As there were so many people waiting for the party to start, I had to keep whatever the delivery guy brought as I did not want to spoil my sisters surprise birthday party. I ordered CHICKEN MARGHERITA PIZZA with bacon strips (Rating 1/5) online through Zomato.

Had a really bad experience. I was expecting some crispy delicious bacon strips, but instead all I got was almost raw bacon strips on top of the pizza. Totally disappointed. Had to throw away the whole thing.

My advice : Please don't order any pork items from here. They were under-cooked and with no seasoning. Otherwise the pizza was OK-ish. Too much price for so...
