This is PART 2 of SUBWAY ON 4212 Highland Rd, Waterford, MI 48329 I finally got through to the manager of this place after my Wednesday incident. After what a huge ordeal it was, you’d think she’d listen. No she launched into a very rapid, loud dissertation about my incident based on hearsay and wasn’t listening but to herself. I finally said to stop, that’s not what I called for. As I tried to explain about the fraud, the fact that my card number was stolen from the $17.98 order there I made on June 5 at about 2:00, I had to keep stopping her to tell her the facts. It was 1:30, so she was busy perhaps, but after what I’d been through , she really just wanted to preach to me about how it wasn’t their fault. I kept saying that’s not why I’m calling. Two different states got access to my numbers, and $79 and $64 were charged. Then I tried to discuss her rude, verbally abusive employees, and she continued yakking instead of listening. Her voice got louder and louder, and she was yelling, and when I said your employees acted like animals yelling and screaming, she freaked out. I tried to explain how the one was yelling about me mocking her stutter, which wasn’t true. Saying “No no no no” isn’t stuttering. It’s an expression, as was the “yes yes yes yes” response I used. Now she was out of control defending these two employees with no self control. All I can say is this place is a nightmare probably needing closing, rehiring, retraining, and new leadership. It’s too bad when you are faced with fraud and verbal abuse and were just making an order. This manager is definitely due for a demotion and put back on the line with her sweet, gentle female helpers....

Resource challenge understood but could have been polite. Ignored this passing comment but could hold on to the one coming next. Customer said in case you are short on staff why don't you bring this to notice of the company. Brilliant answer received - company to waise hi band hone wali hai. This got us really irritated and SUBWAY YOU JUST LOST A loyal CUSTOMER TODAY. BTW the taste was equally pthetic. Can very well relate to downfall of yet another great brand. God...
