During my stay in Sikanderpur, Gurgaon, I was really craving a good Biryani. I searched for options on Zomato and came across Biryani Blues. I ordered a Chicken Dum Biryani and a Mushroom Biryani. It took close to an hour for the order to reach me but it was well packed and warm.
The Chicken Biryani was fragrant and the rice was perfectly cooked, but it had more rice than masala which made it slightly dry. The Mushroom Biryani was tasty and had a good balance of flavours. Each portion was enough for one person.
Overall, a nice option to order from when you are craving Biryani in this area. A small addition of salan would have made it even better.

Read moreHad ordered the following: Murg Masala with Malabat Parotha - The chicken pieces were very succulent and the curry had a very rich taste. Chicken 65 - Its my all time favorite from this place. Just the right amount of spice and very authentic taste - I can vouch for it because I have stayed in South India where this dish originally hails from. Chicken Nizami was again great to have.
The started had amazing portion although the combo could have a bit more quantity wise to be satisfactory for multiple people.
Overall the packing is pretty decent and the food is great. Definitely...

I ordered chicken biryani from there but the biryani was way to salty to eat and the quality of the rice was really pathetic. The main ingredient in any biryani is a good quality rice and the taste . I felt that I should have been a good decision if I would have eaten food at small joint that having a chicken rice with only taste of salt . Apparently biryani blues calls that biryani but I don't agree with that... so indeed it was a pathetic...
