Read moreFinally full fledged dined today to try things beyond tikki. It was a horrible experience overall. They have moved their restaurant to sec 56. It is in new state. The tikki and thali was good. But everything else was a mess. Manchurian balls were hard and bad looking like an oval ordinary ball. Chilli paneer was also a bit hard. The fried rice was not fresh as if cooked a few hours before. Noodles had some half cooked strands. Stuffed aloo in tandoori platter had poor recipe like beans n all and was bitter in taste. The worst thing was customer service. The waiter did not move out the used dishes after every meals. He was lost in his own world. When I reported my dissatisfaction at the end to the two persons at billing. They literally did not do anything. They kept on agreeing with me but had no interest in fixing things in any possible way. I have really burned my cash in dining at this restaurant and it is pinching me because I spoiled the expectations of my family dining with me. Now comes the message for owner.
Dear BTW owner, You have renovated your restaurant but the food except tikki is still below the acceptable standards. And you must allow your staff to compensate the experience when the customer had a bad one...
Read moreI am actually shocked to find the pathetic service and food at BTW sector 56 market . This was one of the best places to hang out also . Firstly the staff is very lethargic , all of them on their mobile phones , no one is bothered to service . After calling 7 times , the server responded and came. Ordered Pani puri , they don't have , ordered fresh lime soda they don't have . Very poor . Then I ordered aloo chaat , cold and bland , send it back and then again microwaved as some were cold again . Tikki order missed by them and when it got served after 30 mins , it was not upto the mark and not as per specifications . Another guest standing there complained about quality of rice which was smelling too . All staff are restless , cashier is concentrating someplace else when ordering . I really don't know how to recommend this place now ....
