Chawlas 2 — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I recently ordered food from this place and it was worth every penny. As Chawla's2 is already a known name but there service graph are not constant with there restaurant. But this place excell it. The food delivery was fast enough and we don't have to wait longer. The packaging was good with no spill of oil or anything. We ordered Kalimirch Soya Chaap, Jeera Chicken, Lemon Chicken, followed with Tandoori Roti & Gobi Aloo. So Jeera Chicken was something new as haven't found it on any menu till date and it was amazing. The chicken was juicy proper marinated and has that flavour of jeera in the exact right amount to delight your taste bud. The Lemon Chicken was also great just they need to work a bit on Kali Mirch Chaap it taste bland.

There, Gobhi Aloo was also good crunchy, little toasted and then cooked goes perfectly with the taste of masala & garlic in it. I loved it with breads.

CHAWLA'S, when you hear this name, the only thing you can imagine is delicious North Indian food. To satiate high cravings, I ordered for a family dinner from this place last night.

● VEGETABLE BIRYANI The biryani tasted absolutely yum. The rice used were of very good quality and they were perfectly spiced. The flavours were amazing and balanced. If served with Raita, it would have been an added advantage.

● DAL MAKHNI This has been one of the finest Dal makhni I have tried for home delivery. The consistency was very thick and it was cooked with huge quantity of butter. Delicious.

● KADHAI PANEER -Totally loved this. The paneer peices were actually very moist. The gravy was scrumptiously made and had loads of tandoored onions and capsicums. I relished the spicy and typically desi style paneer dish.

● AFGHANI SOYA CHAAP The dish was very simple. Even though chap was marinated well, I personally felt that it was a bit less creamy. The flavours were little bland.

Commendable service I must say. This place in Sohna road serves one of the best North Indian and Tandoori starters one can find anywhere nearby. I ordered lunch to my office from this place and everyone including me found the food lip-smacking and delicious. In starters I ordered Soya Chaap Tikka and Paneer Malai Tikka. Soya Chaap along with that mint chutney was just amazing! Paneer Malai Tikka just melted away in my mouth and was equally tasty. For main course I had Paneer Butter masala with Lal mirch Parantha, Yes! I'm a spice lover and the paneer and spicy parantha left me wanting for more.
