Chaayos cafe Metro world sector 56 — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I am a frequent customer at this Chaayos and had a very disappointing experience not once but on daily basis. I am intouch with their managers who handle staff and I will say very boldly, they lack in customer service by all means.. I hope this outlet shuts down soon, as there is never any improvement happening at all..The staff appeared untrained and are quite rude, orders were mishandled and service was useless. For a brand I trusted, this felt unprofessional and left me questioning whether management is adequately running the store. I hope the management addresses staff training and customer service immediately. But if u want to really enjoy your time, plz avoid coming here so you dont waste your money...

You guys are charging extra for kullad triple of the market rate and the smell in the khullad was so strong of some sort of scent oh my god felt like puking and this is not the first time I experienced this previously also I have had this smell in Khullad, they are supposed to be earthy in smell and the artificial smell used by the store is just yukk. Earlier Chaayos was literally my go to option but seriously I think the standard has gone down and rates have highly bounced. Thumbs down and literally disappointed. Never ever going to order again...

The food and the brand is good. Indeed.

This outlet though is bad. The hygiene isn’t as well kept.

Also, the staff is a bit self occupied and absent minded. They don’t remember order specifics and mess up orders. And then you have to ask them to redo.

The staff doesn’t understand that the chai has to be served hot. They keep the glasses of tea on the counter until the whole order is ready. Poor serving management.

I love Chaayos but would avoid this...
