I am visiting Chaayos regularly since 2022, and today I went to sec 14 gurugram Chaayos. Service here was okaish at best. Cashier didn't offer me to take the free chai which was there in my loyalTea plan instead billed me for 2 chai at first then corrected after being notified by me. And for the exactly same chai one was sent to table in 2 minutes and next one took 10-12 minutes. Why couldnt they just make the same composition tea at once instead twice. Ordered banana walnut cake after asking whether it was freshly made. Clearly it was not. Moreover, they took 10 min to serve a ready made cake that too cold. When requested to reheat they made sure to heat it upto levels that we cant touch it for next 10 minutes. I mean mana hi kardete aaj man nahi h Lady on the billing counter does makes the experience worse doesn't pay much attention to customers rather keep talking and...

Better to sit in fish market market instead of Sitting at this outlet. Staff chit-chats loudly & sometimes abusively. Can’t even eat peacefully and read a book. Not a good service at all. Food quality has gone down. I like chaayos but not this outlet anymore after visiting here numerous times. They have started charging service charges for such a bad service & I when denied paying service charges the lady cashier gave judgemental look and she didn’t even serve the order to my table after this. Before this incident I have always been served at my table. Very unpleasant & unprofessional attitude. Definitely do not recommend this outlet and definitely not visiting here ever again. I had personally complained about the incident on their email but the response was not appreciable....
