Hi, I have ordered one cake from Theobrama, attached is the order number & other details for your reference.

cut it short, neither the cake got delivered nor the refund process.as per chat, if the partner was there, we were sending him the correct location but that person did not answer the call & cancelled the order & you as Delivery Partner has forfeited the full money?

Can you justify this? Are you running a scam company with fraud delivery executives?

today is my father's birthday & he is a senior citizen.
