Good place to grab a cup of your favourite tea..They have many tea options available. Also cold beverages also available. Few food items are also available but you can find better food options in North and South courts. Tea is fantastic and staff is also good. Good place to have your favourite cup of tea or you can also get take away from this store. All payment options are available. Rest you can visit and have a look. It situated at North Court in Huda City centre metro station at corner. This place has washrooms available as well which is maintained by food court team . Other food joints are also there but you'll not get tea at other counters. This place has table and chairs to sit and have your tea and food at food court which is free of cost without any charges. Tea is offcourse paid. Few others items like sipper and mug is also available in this store. Rest visit this store and grab you favourite cup of tea. Good place for chai lovers and chit chat with your favourite ones. You can also wait at this food court and in mean time you can order tea or some cold beverages from chai point. I am a Chai lover, so I love trying all the Chai brands that I come across.

My Chai point experience so far is good.

But this outlet of Chai point in particular, is sluggish.

They don’t mostly give you good Chai (which is the main character here) ,very less snacks available and they aren’t fresh either.

The staff also doesn’t care much if a customer is standing at the counter and waiting for someone to take the order. Or maybe they have shortage of staff, but I have been to this outlet many times and have faced this every single time.

The cleanliness level you can see in the picture.

I love Chai point’s chai, but I believe this is really not the kind of standard they would want...

"pathetic" is a one word explanation of this place and should absolutely "avoid" Because even after paying 10 times higher price of a cup of chai, and wait for 25 minutes.. all you get is : Half cooked chai...with no flavour of chai at all, like a bad taste hot water. And, served in a cup with a lose lid which made chai spill over my coat.. The guy was clever, didn't gave me a bill and even after punching my mobile number I didn't get any text mesage too. Better to go to that poor chai wala outside on street, ask for a special chai and pay him 10 times less and make...
