Read moreThis review is more about the opportunism and ethical misconduct of this restaurant. In the pic, the thela is of a poor chap, Surya, who put it up taking all due permissions from the Sushant Arcade Welfare Association. And he makes excellent quality momos. Seeing the rush he gets, Claypot first tried to get rid of him by offering higher rent to SAWA. Read moreVisited this place for a quick cold coffee. It was evening and the kitchen guys had no milk ready for cold coffee. The person in charge started boiling the milk as soon as he got the order and then left the milk in mixer for too long. Further, these people tried to make it cold using some ice and when they failed, they served it warm only with loads of sugar and no taste of coffee. It was poor in taste and super warm. I immediately asked them for some ice. For this, they told me to take back the refund and the person was super rude saying “garam toh nhi ho sakti coffee”. I mentioned why will anybody waste time over such petty ice issue. He refused to serve it with some ice in first go itself. He did not take feedback or acknowledge his mistake. He didnt try to correct it and told ys to leave. He was using poor tone and language. He was unprofessional. Never seen such behaviour in...
