Paradise Biryani | MG Road — Restaurant in Gurugram District

AVOID THIS PLACE – STALE FOOD, POOR QUALITY & NOW STOMACH PAIN!

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with food delivery. I ordered from Paradise Biryani – MG Road (Cloud Kitchen) expecting quality, but what I got was stale, low-grade food that made me sick.

The biryani had zero aroma, tasted bland and dry, and the chicken was clearly not fresh – it felt like yesterday’s leftover, just reheated and packed. The rice used was broken and cheap, not the quality you expect from a brand like Paradise. I’ve even attached an image of the rice to show how bad it was.

Worst of all – after eating just a portion, I started experiencing stomach pain. This is serious and unacceptable. Food safety is not a joke.

This is the last time I’m ever ordering from Paradise. They are openly serving low-quality food at premium prices. This feels like a complete cheating of customers and misuse of brand name.

To other customers – PLEASE AVOID THIS RESTAURANT. Do not risk your health and money.

Zomato– I request you to look into this urgently. This isn’t just bad service, this is a health hazard. Paradise management should be held accountable for the poor food quality being served...

I recently placed an order through Sumit and was incredibly disappointed with the service. Despite placing the order on time and receiving an estimated delivery window, my food never arrived. I tried contacting customer support multiple times but the provided number was switched off. And in app it just shows order status is delivered. This experience was incredibly frustrating. I was left hungry and without any resolution. I expected better service from a company that relies on timely deliveries. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and will be hesitant to use Paradise Biryani app online again...

First of all they need to open a dining restaurant again.. here you can just do takeaway and delivery..

Secondly why did they stop chicken chettinad kebabs? that was their best dish..

Thirdly when we do takeaway they don't give any spoons.. what if a person wants to eat in their car? or is not at home but at some place where they don't have spoons present? has it been assumed that 100% of the people will...
