If disappointment had a storefront, it would be this Café. Honestly, my friend’s grandma’s laugh which sounds like a dying car engine on a cold winter morning is a thousand times more appetizing than anything served here.

The moment I walked in, I couldn’t tell if they were aiming for “rustic” or “abandoned warehouse,” but they missed both and landed somewhere around “crime scene.” The smell? A delicate blend of burnt toast, sadness, and cleaning supplies they clearly gave up using halfway through.

I ordered something simple, thinking “how bad could it be?” The answer: bad enough that I started checking if my life insurance was up to date. The food came out looking like it had lost a fight with a microwave — cold in some places, suspiciously hot in others. Every bite was a gamble, and I lost every time.

The service? Imagine someone doing community service hours under protest — that level of enthusiasm. When I asked for a recommendation, the waitress just sighed like she was reliving every bad decision that led her to that moment.

When I visited the cafe it was empty maybe because of time but my expectations for food became low but it was very surprising. The food is really good here.
