The food at Subway if you've never had it before is awesome. I've had so much subway and still relish the simplicity of the food choices. Is it to everyone's palate though?? Maybe not!!

That said, you can't take away the awesomeness that comes from sinking your teeth in to the delicious subs and wraps you can get there.

It could do with a little upkeep though and hopefully some politeness with a simple smile on the attendants faces would go a long way!! It seemed like they know they're in business and it doesn't matter who walks in they'll just treat you the same boring way. We need to wear the brand on our sleeves and the passion should be evident even when you have had a long day. That's what a service professional does.

Is it possible they had a bad day, sure. But, someone's walked in to grab a bite and it would be nice to get a warming welcome. It's the meat you expect from a brand, right? Really pathetic experience with subway today.

Purchased food online and got the mesiest, cold order with missing food items. WORSTTT EVER EXPERIENCE!

I made an order today and received all the orders wrong. I ordered a vegie delight sub that was supposed to be without tomatoes and sauses and there were all sorts of sauces in it and the wrap which was supposed to have all of these sauces and veggies had nothing. Are you guys high while preparing the food or is it like you do just prepare the food any way you like? I am just being rude because the food was really bad and so was my experience. When we pay we expect atleast food that is worth eating. I do not have any pictures to post rn but this was the worst experience that I've had...

Subway New Colny is worst in their quality. When ever we had asked for the home delivery option some times they denied to provide the service and when ever they do they add nothing in the sub and deliver it. Once complained about the same after and hour they came fr the refund of the money expecting us to keep the subway safe and return them back. Uneducated staff no etiquettes nothing. This outlet has given a very bad experience of over all subway.. Customer service horrible.....
