Delhi 2 by Chef Sweety Singh — Restaurant in Gurugram District

We placed an order of approximately ₹1700 on ninth of August, which was yesterday. We ordered one tawa Kadai chap, Dal Makhani, Dhaba Shahi, Paneer, Lahori, Paneer tikka, one butter, Naan, one garlic, Naan, two butter roti and three Lachcha Paratha. The Dal Makhani was watery chap had no masala and the dish that we like most, which is Dhaba Shahi Paneer was actually very, the rotis and the parathas were also not cooked. They were burnt. I’ve called the Restaurant multiple times To talk to the owner Mr. sweetie Singh, However, to my shock, no one picking up the phone is ready to make a speak with him or share his number. The staff is rude and arrogant, and they keep hanging the phone. And now you can understand why I have given The rating of one star. Having seen a review on Gourmet Planet , I decided to visit the place last evening although I was not really hungry. To begin with, Karan Singh the owner/ partner in the restaurant was really welcoming and immediately gave us a table .I decided to go with the Magaz masala( goat brain )and the Handi chicken coupled with Mirchi parantha and while most of it had to be packed I must say the magaz was really outstanding , better than what I last ate in one of the famous Pandara Road spots. The chicken was spicy but quite tasty . I had the leftovers for lunch this afternoon and the food tasted even better. I must say that finally , I am getting the old style taste that one was used to growing up in Delhi around 50 years ago . It's just like naam bade aur darshan chote... Ordered 2 things today via swiggy... One of order was completely rubbish and too roasted. I called the manager and asked to replace the item as all there items are costly. This was costing me 700 bucks. So, I called him up and he said kindly talk to our owner. I spoke to Mr Singh and told him about the issue. Mr Singh just like sugar said tussi dasso ki loge and we had some good discussion. He gave back the phone to manager and I told him to replace the order with another item. He placed the order and when order reached to me at my home, the boy said money. I said, it's replacement, and he said it's not. I spoke to manager and he also said it's paid only. And that time even Mr Singh didn't get on call. So, in short they can send you anything.
