I stay in sushant Lok 1 and I am a frequent visitor to HALDIRAMS IN ARDEE MALL food court , My experience of last 3 weekend visits of June : 1. June 4th Saturday afternoon - Good quality food , quantity is less in thalis in comparison to bomb amount charged but still good and fair quality June 12th Sunday noon - mediocre quality , Noodles and paneer combo was thanda and when I said them the same thing , arrogant staff said aisa hi h madame sab k 26th June Sunday evening 8pm - We ordered 3 masala dosas with 4 drinks charging us total of 1100 Rs but omg MASALA dosa was half cooked completely Cold received after wait of 30 min +20 min of ordering . 4 staff attendants at counter were busy serving COLD and half cooked food for people BUT did not had decency to put a notice saying WE ARE SHORT STAFFED and cannot take any further orders no . Busy billing with bad quality food served on each table .

Indian Food served at such expensive rates at HALDIRAMS is ONLY worth if they serve good quality . My experience is they are NOT a GO TO PLACE for SATURDAY and SUNDAY . Customer experience is pathetic on weekends especially post 4pm you are paying high price for bad food and most importantly the arrogant staff DOES NOT BOTHER about your feedback if you tell them the food is BAD .

Sadly NO MECHANISM of ensuring GOOD FOOD IS SERVED...

I ordered chilli paneer with fried rice combo. And it’s worst fried rice and chilli paneer combo I have ever tired the taste is also bad. In the menu it’s not mentioned that they will mixed both the dishes. But I received mixed of two dishes with burned onion. When I complained about that why you mixed both the dishes if anyone not liked that why to eat? They said you should tell us before! I said how I know you will mixed them this is not mentioned in the menu that it’s mixed bowl of chilli paneer and fried rice? And they have no answer. I suggest never try their combo dishes. They will serve you...
