Haldiram's - Worldmark Gurugram Sector 65 — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Haldiram’s is undoubtedly one the best food outlets in India but I am highly disappointed with this particular outlet at worldmark food plaza. I ordered - chole bhature, the preparation of which was not at all haldiram’s standard as the bhaturas were oily and after 20 minutes of ordering another dish (veg noodles) I didn’t get my order and when I asked the reason for delay then the staff started giggling and making fun in front of me and kept asking their chef to make the noodles later after, one of the staff said to me “5-10 minute or lagega ye chef nakhre kar rahai hai” that was his exact words. I was shocked with such behaviour from Haldiram’s staff which never happened with me in these many years. Nothing was done even after complaining to the billing staff and manager and also I received a very pathetically tasting cheap quality noodles. I would request authorities at Haldiram’s to look into this matter as this would degrade their brand goodwill and sadly, I would not be opting for Haldiram’s food from now...

Visited this outlet today and ordered chola bhatura, raj kachodi and masla dosa.

Overall food quality is too low as compared with respect of other Haldiram's outlet.

Nariyal chutney was worst , patato masla is dosa was in so much gravy format and taste of sambar was poor.

Chola was ok. Bt bhature was very thin.

Seems, This outlet prefer some cost cutting on size of dosa and bhature. Few days ago visited outlet in Airia Mall, bt this type of food quality surprises was not there.. Outlet of Airia Mall much better form this..

Seriously you need to improve...
