We celebrated our little one’s birthday at Masti Zone M3M 65th avenue on 5th September 2025, with a gathering of around 30 people, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience!

The play area is excellent – kids had a blast with arcade games, bowling, trampoline, soft play area, bumper cars, and more. The place is very well managed by Mr. Abhishek bansal , who was calm, supportive, and ensured everything went smoothly.

The in-house café served freshly baked pizza, along with french fries, burgers, nuggets, pasta, shakes, tea, coffee, and more. The staff even served the cake beautifully, making it a seamless experience for us as hosts.

They have two sitting areas and can easily manage multiple parties at the same time without compromising on service. All our guests went back happy and satisfied, while the kids carried amazing memories of the evening.

What made it extra special was the attractive birthday package and the surprise gift from their side for the birthday child.

⭐ 1 Star Complete waste of money.

This is hands down the worst venue I’ve ever been to. One of my close friends booked it for a birthday party, and at the time of booking the staff made big promises about their services and management. All lies.

👉 The manager promised exclusivity of our slot, but they double-booked and hosted two parties at the same time. Total chaos — kids got mixed up, parents had to keep counting children every few minutes, and the staff kept shrugging it off.

👉 Food quality was pathetic. Absolutely tasteless.

👉 We elders tried bowling, but the lanes were covered in oil! People actually slipped and fell. When we complained, the staff arrogantly said, “This is standard, we use oil in the arena.” What a joke.

👉 The manager, Abhishek, was rude, unprofessional, and outright dishonest. He went back on his own words about rates and services, and when it came to addressing problems, he was completely ignorant. The owner should seriously fire him.

Final word: Stay away from this venue if you don’t want your money and special...

I had few sleepless nights after I read certain reviews, as I booked this place for my daughter's birthday. My experience with them was amazing. Clean space, amazing food, quantity is too much and courteous staff. Found it eco friendly too as there was less plastic wastage. The place has a happy vibe. The staff is so cooperative. Our every request was catered to with a smile. The manager Abhishek is so cooperative and humble. Everything went as per planned. And food is delicious. Acs are superb.
