My recent visit to Honey & Dough, a French-inspired patisserie nestled in the heart of Cyber Park, Udyog Vihar, was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I stepped into this cozy café, I was captivated by its warm and inviting ambiance. What started as a humble bakery back in 2016 has now blossomed into a full-fledged café, loved and embraced by the local community.
Honey & Dough began its journey as a friendly neighborhood bakery, offering scrumptious baked goodies, a hot cuppa, and toothsome nibbles. Over the years, it has grown, not just in size but in reputation as well. Their commitment to quality is evident in everything they serve. With the latest technologies at their disposal, Honey & Dough proudly upholds the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Whether it's a special order or a regular treat, they can handle it all with finesse.
Originally launched in Defence Colony to fulfill the need for a quality bakery, Honey & Dough has expanded its offerings to become a one-stop shop for a range of products. From ambrosial desserts to appetizing savories, they serve it all, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile.
During my visit, I had the pleasure of trying a few of their delectable offerings. The Chicken Parmesana Fettuccine was a standout dish, with fettuccine pasta tossed in a rich, creamy white sauce and topped with crumb-fried chicken. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the dish was comforting and indulgent.
Next up was the Volcano Peri Peri Paneer Pizza, a fiery delight that packed a punch. The combination of peri peri paneer, onion, red paprika, jalapeños, and mozzarella cheese on a crispy base was a treat for the taste buds. The spice level was just right, making it a must-try for anyone who enjoys a bit of heat.
The Spicy Chicken Quesadilla was another hit, featuring a grilled tortilla filled with succulent grilled chicken, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. Served with a side of salsa and sour cream, this dish was a satisfying blend of flavors and textures.
To complement the meal, I ordered an Irish Coffee, which was smooth and perfectly brewed. It was the ideal drink to round off the hearty meal.
While my overall experience was fantastic, there was a minor hiccup during my visit. The staff, though friendly, brought a dish to our table that we hadn't ordered. However, they quickly made up for the mistake by serving us a complimentary pastry. This small gesture not only corrected the error but also showcased their dedication to customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, Honey & Dough is more than just a café; it's a culinary haven where every dish is crafted with love and precision. Whether you're in the mood for a sweet treat or a savory delight, this patisserie has something to satisfy every craving. My visit was a memorable one, and I can't wait to return to explore more...
Read moreA huge shout out to the staff of this place for their incredible customer service !! I dont know then names of the people working at the outlet but I have to mention they were exemplary. Reason - I went for a drive with my husband and my 3.5 year old daughter on Friday, 29th july. The outlet was already closed at 10pm but since my daughter was not eating anything atall (she was feeling a bit under the weather), i thought we could buy her a small pastry from this shop. I opened the door and was told the outlet is closed. I told them I needed one pastry if possible for my little daughter and not even a second they took to welcome us in. This was at 10.30 pm when they were cleaning up the outlet and doing the closing formalities. They welcomed us and asked if we needed anything else too. Such a sweet gesture. So finally we got the beautiful pastry and my daughter totally relished it. It came in such a beautiful packaging too so if anyone considering ordering from the store, please do so without a second thought. They...
Read moreDear Honey & Dough Management,
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a deeply unpleasant experience I had at your outlet located in DLF Cyber Park, Gurugram.
I purchased pastries from your store and discovered a strand of hair embedded in the one of the pastry. This is not only unhygienic but also unacceptable for a food establishment that prides itself on quality and safety. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, I was shocked by the response—my request for a refund was refused without any apology
This incident has left me extremely disappointed and concerned about the hygiene standards maintained...
