Absolutely shocked and disgusted! Saw a cockroach crawling in the sweets section at the Bikanervala outlet in DLF Cyberpark, Gurugram. If this is what’s happening in front of customers, I can’t even imagine what goes on inside their kitchen. Hygiene clearly isn’t their priority. Just a reminder — no matter how fancy the brand name sounds, home food is always the safest. Never expected this from Bikanervala. Totally disappointed and won’t be visiting again.

Although there were non broken pieces, broken kachori was packed. Even when the person incharge for serving/packing checked with the billing in charge, he was guided to proceed packing the broken piece. Also, their chutney packets are so tightly sealed, one cannot open it without scissors. And the entire packaging was so sticky and messy.

Loved the ambience.. Not a crowded place. Staff and management is cooperative. Loved the taste of every spoon I had. Sufficient amount of serving. Only one problem - The Dlf cyberpark doesn’t have parking space for visitors. Only employees has parking space. So if u want to enjoy food here, sort your parking.

Absolute rubbish store. They sell stale samosa and kachori. This has happened multiple times. When i asked them about it , they shamelessly said, we do not even reheat it for online orders (online orders are taken for granted, bacuase no body is going to visit the store for stale food complaint to them.) Spoiling the name of Rajasthan. Rajasthan is known for its hospitality, but these people shamelessly behave with the customers. specially...

Very rude and unprofessional food handover staff, on asking about the order status, the lady standing there shouted like anything. The guy standing at billing counter tried to intervene but that lady and other staff shouted at him also. I donated the amount ofsandwich to them back as I was tired of being asking for my order for the last 30 minutes. Horrible experience... didn't felt like ordering food, it was more...
