Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Restaurant!

I had a terrible experience with Hong's Kitchen and would strongly advise against ordering from here.

1️⃣ Delivery Disaster – Despite promising delivery in 20-30 minutes, my order took over an hour to arrive. The restaurant bundled multiple orders with the same rider, causing unnecessary delays.

2️⃣ Zero Accountability – When I called the restaurant, they were in complete denial of their inefficiencies and refused to take responsibility. Even Swiggy’s customer support was unhelpful and indifferent.

3️⃣ Pathetic Food Quality & Quantity – The Thukpa had just ONE momo (yes, just one!). The Manchurian Gravy Momos had no gravy at all. The portion sizes were a joke, and the food quality was nowhere near acceptable.

This was a complete waste of money. If you care about your time, money, and food quality, stay away...

Extremely disappointed with the service. The delivery experience was nothing short of pathetic. Half the order was delivered late and in poor condition, and the other half showed up almost an hour later—unacceptable for any food service, let alone a reputed name like Hong’s Kitchen.

There was no sense of professionalism throughout. No updates, no apology, no urgency. Food that arrives late and cold, especially in parts, completely ruins the dining experience. If a restaurant cannot handle basic order fulfillment, they should not accept orders at all.

This level of mismanagement reflects very poorly on your brand. Strongly urge the management to look into logistics and staff training before customers completely lose trust.

Not that gud experience as per the hike of brand name. Not that much spacious. No sanitizers are available as per the current situation. Service is fast.

Packaging is good, so you can carry food easily.

Staff peoples are very polite and they greet you when you enter the place.

Behaviour is good and the hygiene is upto mark.

For take away you can try once.
