Keventers — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I recently ordered the Choco Chips Shake, and it was quite good in terms of flavor and consistency, although slightly on the sweeter side for my preference. The location of the outlet is convenient and adds to the overall positive experience.

However, I feel the customer interaction could be improved. The two staff members present were polite but lacked enthusiasm. A warm greeting and sharing details about the menu in a more engaging and enthusiastic manner would significantly enhance the customer experience and help in boosting the outlet’s overall growth.

Overall, a nice place with good offerings—just a little more focus on customer engagement will make it...

This place obviously very alike the other keventers apart from the CP outlet is exorbitantly expensive and the shakes are not well too ... More so the shakes are as if you're drinking flavored sugar syrup ... I wonder if the milk is just for colour !!! Nevertheless ... I sincerely recommend this place only if you want that glass bottle to flaunt for over a whopping 250 bucks and plus !!! Just imagine almost your mom would tell you buying 400 ml diabetictally sweet apparent shake with milk for the with of 2.5 kg full cream milk ......

Keventers for me is a big let down . They position themselves as the most premium shale brand which is why they have exhorbitant prices. However they don't even give the customers choice to modify the sugar in their shakes ...something that all other coffee and shake companies have as a standard . Forget good brands , even a roadside shop making shakes has that option . Yet keventers doesn't , that's because they use premixes. So nothing is fresh . Their shakes are more like overloaded sugar syrup mixed in ice....
