I have ordered from KFC online a few times now (about 2–3 times), and I must say, the experience has been consistently impressive. KFC has truly nailed the art of delivering comfort food that’s fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.

The issues faced were:

Initially, I opted for cash on delivery, but the rider wasn't available at the store. I was asked to cancel and someone told me that at your branch reorder with online payment, which I did. Despite the estimated delivery time being 11:37 AM, my order hasn't arrived as of 12:25 PM.

Extremely worst service with this outlet it may suppose to consider that all staffs do not follow the KFC Decorum of the food for their own benefit. Sometime they deliver half quantity, some time they deliver popcorn chicken rice bowls without gravy, sometime they deliver only single popcorn rice bowlz while the order and payment was placed for rice bowls duos, sometime they deliver ginger rice box without coke. My home is near to this outlet so I used to place order frequently and I don't remember that when they had deliver proper food for which I had paid.
