KFC — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I placed an order from KFC app ..my order number was K753027359 at 9:17pm on 27 August 2025 .. I received a confirmation text message that my order was confirmed... After an hour I tried calling the delivery boy number shown on the KFC app name zahid but the number was disconnected same happens when I calling the restaurant number ... neither I received my order nor any update from the resturant ..finally it shows me the resturant was closed. This is a fraudulent activity happened with me.. this is the fraud outlet.

Also, now I will file a case against KFC India in consumer court for the harassment which KFC...

Now KFC has changed. I don't know why but now they are lying. showing anything on zomato & after ordered we received a another product. Last day same thing happened with me I order a 12 PC's boneless bucket from zomato where they put a line the product is peri-peri, but when I received the food, i totally shocked, how they are making a fool with us. They are playing with us. The product was not properly marinated. Blend in taste. Although showing in app the food is peri-peri. But received a blend item.

Dear, as this you loss your people, loss your image. I know it was happened mistakenly. But my night was totally wasted.

Yesterday we placed the order through Swiggy and this outlet sent the burnt food and the food was not even freshly made.. it was that they have sent 2-3 days old food. After placing the complaint through Swiggy helpdesk we didn't get proper solution. My one of the kid already had that 2-3 pieces of chicken already till we got to know that this food is not good to eat.. now My kid is having major stomach infection since morning... Guys pls don't go in this outlet and never place the order from here... Really...
