I placed an order with KFC app on 11th Aug 2024 at 11:20 AM, but the order was not delivered until 2:30 PM, despite multiple calls to customer service. The customer service representatives were unhelpful, and finally referred me to the store manager, who claimed the store was under maintenance and could not deliver the order.
After further calls to customer service, they told me they would issue a refund, but that it would take 3-14 days and I would not receive any confirmation. It has now been 14 days and I have still not received the refund. The customer service is incredibly poor, and I feel I have been cheated out of 857 Rs.
This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend ordering from KFC their inability to deliver on time, lack of communication, and slow refund process is unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied and hope they can improve their customer service and delivery reliability...
