Terrible experience - Order delayed by 3 hours, no refund confirmation after 14 days

I placed an order with KFC app on 11th Aug 2024 at 11:20 AM, but the order was not delivered until 2:30 PM, despite multiple calls to customer service. The customer service representatives were unhelpful, and finally referred me to the store manager, who claimed the store was under maintenance and could not deliver the order.

After further calls to customer service, they told me they would issue a refund, but that it would take 3-14 days and I would not receive any confirmation. It has now been 14 days and I have still not received the refund. The customer service is incredibly poor, and I feel I have been cheated out of 857 Rs.

This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend ordering from KFC their inability to deliver on time, lack of communication, and slow refund process is unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied and hope they can improve their customer service and delivery reliability...

Well we were very excited about it as it is very near to my place but we end up arguing with the manager there for my food delayed for 46 minutes even then my food which I ordered was not hot, Burgers were cold not even warm they were not fresh, for your reference ( CHK 6780(TNo.1) Even after sitting for an hour they got me a new order without cheese and when I asked them why there is no cheese then the boy who was cleaner there just came to my table and started questioning me, later he checked my burger with the same hands from which he was doing cleaning.
