Shaping from the Kitchen of none other than Master Chef Avdhesh Bhadauria, Kilo Kitchen is definitely a promising Entry in Biryani, Kebabs, Korma and more. After hearing good reviews from Biryani lovers, finally we got our First Takeaway from their Kilo Kitchen.
Promising A Class Apart Dining Meal, Chef Bhadauria has actually made sure that despite running a chain around, they deliver what they promise in their message note that comes along in their food box.
We ordered their Shahi Veg Kofta Biryani and Chicken Korma. And I must repeat, what was written in their message note…...It was DUMDAAR and YUMDAAR. Made from Handcrafted ingredients and traditional cooking method, both of the dishes were simply Delicious.
Packed in a beautiful double case box, Shahi Veg Kofta Biryani actually gives you a Shahi feel and aromas. It comes in attractive packaging and quantity. One box is sufficient for two people and comes with Onion Lachaa Raita and stone grounded mint chutney. Rice of the Biryani are beautiful, delicate and cooked to the perfection. Saffron touch, cardamom and all authentic khara masalas, along with crisp Brown Onions, green chilli, and those beautiful small koftas makes it irresistibly tempting. Best part is that the taste of the Biryani as a whole is simply superb, beautifully balanced and light. The koftas not only looked pretty, but they were meltin mouth and delicious. With Raita and mint chutney, the Biryani was a yumilicious affair.
The Chicken Korma was a beautiful white creamy colored dish that was light and delicious. The oil on the top and the delicate color of the dish clearly indicated the perfection and authenticity with which it was cooked. Korma gravy was finger licking yum and pieces well cooked.
Overall, this meal was no less than a Royal extravaganza and I am happy that MasterChefs are trying to make dining experience simply memorable.

Ordered hyderabaadi dum biryani (half kg) and chicken galauti kababs (8pcs) and phirni. Both came nicely packed with a portion of vegetable raita anf mint chutney and gravy. The packaging was impressive and was able to keep biryani warm even after hours.
As far as the flavors and taste is concerned, biryani was tasty. The amalagamation of 3 colors of rice because of use saffron and kewra made it colourful and aromatic. The portion is more than enough for 2 people with 4 mutton pieces with bone and ample amoumt of rice. kababs was delicately prepared.I had chicken in galauti preparation for first time and its highly recommended. The gravy and raita complemented biryani well. Biryani was not over spiced and is made to suit a general palate and taste of all. Phirni portion was good enough for 4.Mildly sweet and rich in taste. It was a perfect end for this meal.
A fool proof and must...
