Best place for mumbai street food in gurgugram
We really enjoy the food from this place. Especially, the vada pao, pav bhaji and ragada are typical mumbai style. Would highly recommend the place for typical mumbai street food. Mumbai Strret Food
It is a relatively new venture in the bustling Gurgaon food market by Ms. Nilam Sonarghare, a Mumbaikar herself.
The restaurant is very basic in decor which in a way is good as all the focus is on food.
We tried the Vada Pav, Dabeli, Misal Pav, Modak and Mumbai chai. Whilst nothing to write about the Misal Pav, the star of the afternoon, undoubtedly was the Dabeli right from the quality and taste of the bun to the finished item, it was really very good.
Vada Pav was also a show stealer, probably the best you can get in Gurgaon. The lehsun chutney was on another level.
While some would argue about the prices, a bit on the higher side, I would say that two main things that influence the price are very high rentals in Gurgaon and the number of footfalls. So be patient and let Mumbaikars find its rightful place in Gurgaon...

The person in charge claims that as per covid rules only 50% seating is allowed but the 50% seating arrangement is to maintain the social distancing ie. leave one table empty in between which all other restaurants are following. Upper level/floor is not used and the place below is cramped up with no social distancing. Covid protocols like masks are not being followed by the staff. Person in charge is not bothered to entertain the customers, to make any arrangements or to provide parcels. He is bothered only about online orders delivery. Being there for 10 minutes witnessed wrong orders given to wrong tables claiming this is what they have ordered. Very disappointing experience. Customers will be willing to support a store if they see any type of management. Shut the place if you...
