Not the same experience but the same taste. Location - 4/5 Store visibility - 3/5 ( next to the washrooms ) Staff - 2/5 ( sluggish ) Quality - 4/5 ( nirulas is one brand which has kept its quality intact ) Quantity - 3/5 ( good enough but not for the price ) Value for money - 4/5 the store and staff needs more training as they represent the brand. the taste lives on it could have been more great I remember how we used to save that fudge as a kid and eat it all day. but now the packaging has changed and they have brought ugly wood spoons. some people don’t like wood texture specially unfinished wood. I have had the cookies and creme milkshakes at other outlets and I liked it, I would recommend you to go to another outlet as this one's milkshakes were bad or were using weird milk...

After having good meal in food court u can use nirulas for dessert and icecream !! They have some good flavour and good recepie !! Over all staff are good !! But I still find Giani ice cream is winning...
