Subway Sector 31 Gurgaon — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Today they were out of tissue paper at 11am. Lipton ice tea is promoted on banners but it is never in stock. Everything is messed up at this outlet.

Seven months on... Still no water on demand.

My last couple of visits, they do not have availability of water for consumers. The only option to get water is to buy an overpriced bottle. I asked for disposable glass to have my water in peace... Not available. The only option is to pay for a glass of pepsi and take an empty glass. Lettuce is usually stale. Onions look scary. I have stopped visiting this outlet because complaining to the company has not changed anything in the past...

Subway needs to up their game by training their staff properly. Ordered two 6 inches and paid 450 rupees. When I received the order, the sauce was only on the top and very little, just to showcase that it has been added. I don't have to explain you guys how to prepare a sub, you guys should know it better. If you are charging more than what it would have costed if it was not in lockdown then atleast prepare it in the way it is suppose to be. Don't try your cost cutting...

This is one of the best subway tastes in Delhi NCR. The place is a bit small but the service is great. It is located in a posh locality like sector 31 HUDA market and lot of parking is available outside which can get full easily on weekends.
