So, this is a good place to have dosas and uthappams. I love their Kesari Bath. There are a couple of issues though. No seating. You have to use their standing tables. They could do a better job of keeping them clean and stocked with tissues. The other problem is that if you arrive here at night (or during rush hours), you might notice that the staff is just unable to handle the load of the offline and online orders. The last two times I visited, I had to run after their staff to show that I paid for the takeaway order because the payment counter is just not managed well. Hopefully they can get this sorted out because they are probably losing a lot of sales and payments...

Both dosas were dripping with ghee for some reason, and mind you, they do have "ghee dosa" as separate menu items so god knows what they serve with that. non south indian restaurants serve better idlis than here, idlis had no fluff, just dough. Utterly mismanaged staff. Nobody had any clues to simple questions. People were fighting over sitting place.
The owner came in when we got angry, he did apologise but all was already said and done till this point.
