Subway Ansal Plaza Mall — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Definately not upto subway standard. Ordered 6in veggie on 5th Aug 2020 between 5:30pm to 6:15pm, to my surprise insect was baked along with bread. Upon informing to staff, three of them were trying to fool around by saying that only that tiny place in the bread got over baked and that's why it looks like dark. Neither you are baking for the first time, nor I am eating for the first time.

Please don't fool around, first of all the bread itself was stale. Second, with its appearance it's clearly visible that it's a insect got baked.

Finally, they agreed to refund the money. But that's not what was needed. What was needed is a healthy 6in veggie.

Opon asking where to provide feedback, reply was you can verbally tell us. Asked for owner no., They refused. Complaining to FSSAI, they don't care.

Definately not going there again...

Today my wife was getting the sub of the day from this subway. She asked the guy at the counter for a few more olives and he retorted that it is against rules to put more than 6 cut olives in a sub! She just took the sub and came back home. She was far too tired to complain. I called the store to report it and the manager was polite and quite apologetic about it. However, such behavior leaves a lingering bad taste about the the sorry state of very fundamentals of the business, which is respect for customers....

Last night i ordered this black pepper chicken Subway costing 300₹ plus but after applying all available coupons i paid 200₹ & got this wonderful creation of Subway. It seems company is on diet more then the consumer. Swiggy is a worst platform bcz after raising complaint immediately they replied like a seasoned politician tht Subway has reduced the size of their Subway to this only & will take care in future. Luckily my dog was hungry...
