Poor Experience During My Stay

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I would like to bring the following issues to your attention:

Lack of Hygiene: The hotel premises were not maintained properly. The rooms and common areas were unclean, which made my stay uncomfortable.

2.Unanswered STD Calls: When I tried to contact the front desk via STD calls, no one responded, which was very inconvenient.

3.Dishonesty: On multiple occasions, the staff provided misleading information, which felt unprofessional and frustrating.

4.Rude Behavior: The staff’s behavior was often rude and unhelpful, which made me feel unwelcome.

5.Lost Item: I forgot my winter jacket in the room, but despite contacting the hotel, it was not returned to me. Literally they are thief.

6.Breakfast Issue: I had booked a morning meal package, but the hotel failed to provide breakfast as promised.

We visited Raj Mahal Delux restaurant specifically for dinner, hoping for a great experience. The starters—Paneer Tikka and Honey Chilli Potato—were absolutely delicious and set high expectations for the rest of the meal. However, the main course turned out to be a major letdown. The Dal Makhani neither looked nor tasted like an authentic dal makhani; it felt more like a generic gravy. The Paneer Butter Masala and Malai Kofta were also disappointing, lacking the rich flavors we expected. Feedback of Rajmahal Hotel & Restaurant Deluxe, Gurugram. During our stay for two days 22nd August 2025 to 24th August 2025 we found that All internal departments of the Hotel well connected & co-ordinated. Attitude of the management and staff is cordial & cooperative. All behaved with the customers very nicely.
