I took aloo kachori for 50 rupees. It had two kachoris having urad daal, salt, chilli (mirch), coriander (dhaniya), kasuri methi. The aloo sabji had heeng coriander seeds (dhaniya beej), coriander (dhaniya), chilli, sounf (fennel seeds), garam masala, naubahar chutney, Fenugreek chutney (methi chutney), dry mango powder (aamchoor), dry ginger (sounth), tomato (tamatar),yogurt (dahi), green chilli (Hari mirch), Ginger (adrak), Since it's Jain, it doesn't have Garlic (Lehsun) and Onion (pyaaj). I had previously eaten at Jung Bahadur Kachori wala (JBKW) in paranthe wali gali, Chandni Chowk. But I found Monu's kachori to be more tasty and also it had less amount of chilli as compared to Jung Bahadur. The jostling crowd holds to its taste. Anyways I am a believer of second chances, so will try once more some other day. The owner 'Monu' was humble and nice guy though, unlike other successful owners who are...
