Tenzin's Kitchen — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Food taste was at par with premium fine dining restaurants but the cost was less than half of what those would have charged. Chicken Laphing was awesome and so was the Chicken Thukpa and Chicken Thenthuk. I have tried many authentic tibetan restaurants, but the food taste at Tenzin’s was the best. However, the Pork momo was just okay (we tasted better ones at Gangtok). All my family members loved the taste of food served & cordial behaviour of Mr. Tenzin as he was explaining us about the food and also asking our feedback. Only downside was the location as there’s no suitable parking spot nearby & you have to park quite far. Also the interior ambience could be improved further. READ BEFORE ORDERING!!!!!!!! I ordered Veg fried rice and chicken wings & the Staff was so very rude & disrespectful. I told in the instructions i am allergic to capsicum do not add in fried rice, while I was waiting for an hour it was not coming I called the delivery guy he told they scolded him many times whenever he asked for the order. I called the restaurant they told me that very rudely 'we have cooked the fried rice from morning and for you we are cooking separately' .We will not accept orders and from now and stared arguing. I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service is absolutely pathetic — the staff are extremely rude and clearly have no sense of how to talk to customers. Their behavior towards Zomato and Swiggy delivery partners is also very unprofessional and disrespectful. Such attitude completely ruins the dining and delivery experience. I would strongly suggest the management to train their staff on basic manners and customer service. Definitely not recommended until they improve their behavior and...
