The Beer Café Skybar — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I visited The Beer Cafe at Ardee mall and unfortunately, it was a disaster from the start. Before arriving, I called and confirmed with the manager that they would be screening the IPL cricket match on their outside patio. However, when I reached the restaurant, the manager denied showing the match, citing no reason, and displayed a rude attitude.

To make matters worse, when we agreed to sit inside, there was no music or ambiance, as the manager claimed it would disturb a corporate event in the patio (which was absurd, given the patio's separation from the indoor area). The lack of music and poor service visibly irritated other tables, and the staff's behavior was unprofessional.

What was shocking was that the manager and staff didn’t really care about other tables except the so called small event they had. Upon calling the manager , he refused to even come and listen to us.

Unless The Beer Cafe takes serious steps to improve their staff's behavior and service, I would not recommend this...

Place has huge sitting area from outdoor and indoor. Entire place was very relaxing not crowded at all. My favourite Heineken beer was available which is why I visited this place. Overall not a bad place at all good to see that they have high chairs to sit with wide screen TV. Food can be better since the fish and chips was too dry however the boneless chicken malai tikka was really good but felt the quantity was little less as compared to the price. Chicken Malai tikka is a must try along with the chicken wings. Tandoori Prawns we’re too dried up since the prawn size was not adequate such prawns if tossed with veggies will go better. Pathetic hospitality. They do not pay attention to small gatherings and rather care only for big groups. There was an office quiz planned on the day of our visit and they preferred to not did not inform it to us and during our entire time it felt like we were sitting in somebody’s office and participating in their office activity.The staff is least bothered about small group of guests. We requested to lower the volume of mic but staff was not interested. Went for a birthday celebration but came back with a headache. Completely spoiled our day. Food is average. We ordered pizza and to my surprise it was almost cold. Nachos quantity is too less. Paneer chilly was just warm and not hot with below average taste.
