Chhatwal Chicken point — Restaurant in Haldwani

I ordered chicken seek kebab roll yesterday and they send me this worst shame kebab instead of seekh kebabs. I called the owner of this restaurant they said they mistakenly sent this. When I returned them back to their hotel they gave me new rolls, when opened at home it was onions and small pieces of chicken. They put their bar be que in the evening. So they should mention in zomato that chicken and mutton seekh kebab roll is currently not available. Totally wastage of money. They gave me onion and small pieces of chicken with 1 rumali roti in 85/- . I'm very disappointed with them. Especially the owner. He didn't received my call neither replied my complaint in WATS App. I advised you kindly make your order in front of you. Don't order from zomato and swiggy. They will send you anything...

Very bad experience.. Today I ordered afgani chaap, kali mirch chicken, chicken roll and garlic nan.. Nothing was good at all.
