Motimahal Inn Hotel — Hotel in Haldwani

Stayed at the Hotel for one night, There is no Manager to resolve your Problem. only You have to talk to Hotel owner. I checked in very late - Journey was Delhi to Haldwani, One couple and 2 Nieces and 1 Nephew. We were total of 5 Members but booked Deluxe room for only 4 members. After Check-in Horrible Tollywood Movie Starts off. Hotel Keeper has shown me the booked room and it was really a shock for me that the pictures u saw on MMT and the original one were totally different. The condition of the room was like that whether some one just checked off the room 5 minutes prior to my Check in. When I Put-in my complaint to hotel Keeper he was on phone and was talking to Hotel Owner. & Regards of My Complaint Hotel owner (Who was also staying at hotel only) shouted on me and asked me to cancel the booking. It was Fantastic moment for me and I thought what a mis behaviour this all about. @ 12 in the morning - This hospitality professional asking me to vacant the room?..i came all the way from Delhi & after a long journey @ 12 in the morning . He came in to the lobby of the hotel and started shouting and was in to to very discomfort arguments. He asked me to talk to MMT and told me that he is not responsible for MMT who has uploaded the wrong pictures of his Pathetic hotel. Horrible, a nightmare of a stay. Welcomed with filthy, used, full of hair bed sheet.

Disturbed us 4 AM for the car keys and also damaged our car badly.

The staff is really rude.

We ordered pizza which was hard to chew and also sour. Had to go out and eat.

There is much more but too upset to write.

If a guest wanted to check out, you should have asked us to move our car or taken our keys at night. It was nice of the guest to pay for the damage, but what is your contribution as a hotel?

The staff was rude even when we asked for the room to be cleaned when it was filthy. We did not ask for a refund for the food to change it, as the quality was pathetic, leaving us hopeless. Instead, we simply complained and had our meal outside.

The review is 100% genuine, and I have no personal grudge against the hotel. If you are so bothered about bad reviews, then either improve your services or remove yourself from Google Business. As consumers, it is our right to...
