Barbeque Nation — Restaurant in Haryana

This was my first ever visit to bbq nation. Got a table easily without any reservation on Sunday. We opted for veg buffet. My experience goes like -

Excellent hospitality - The management and staff really cares about your taste and satisfaction level. They will take your constant feedback about food and will try their best to satisfy your taste buds. I didn't like a curry as it was not that spicy, instead of denial they prepared another version of it and served. You feel like your choice really matters, I was impressed ;)

Excellent variety of starters and drinks - In starters u will get a good variety and really tasty. The fried corns, kebab and grilled items were really good. The drinks were perfect.

Ok to Good main course - I didn't know this, but they do prepare a spicy version of vegetables if you ask for. After having starters, it would be better if you take less of main course as their desserts are awsome. I found the main course ok to Good, but the other things cover up for this.

Awesome desserts - u will get a good variety of desserts. Be it phirni, brownie( both normal and hot), moong dal halwa, cheese cake to the variety of kulfi (I had pan kulfi, it was same as having pan with gulkand, saunf over it), you will surely enjoy all. So save some space for desserts.

Good ambience - The staff forms a group and wishes you on your birthday/ special occasion. Most of the visitors were families.

Worth mentioning - There is a flag on your table which is turned down to signal the staff that you don't need more starters. Once you do so, you can take your time to talk and enjoy your starters as there are no more interruptions from the staff. I really liked this concept.

I have been to Junglee jambore ( which has similar concept of live grills) but found bbq far better as the standard of drinks/desserts and hospitality is far better and that too at...

I went with my friends to Barbeque Nation, Crown Interiors Mall, Faridabad for lunch. Since the booking was made through Zomato, we were informed about two rates: ₹899 per person (exclusive of taxes) and ₹999 per person (inclusive of taxes). However, despite this, we were billed at ₹999 per person plus additional taxes, which was completely misleading.

We were also told that welcome drinks would be complimentary, but in the final bill, we were charged extra for them.

Another major issue was the billing process. At the time of billing, we were made to wait for nearly 50 minutes with the excuse that the server was down. We have been to many restaurants in our life, but never have we had to wait so long just to get the bill. What was so unusual here that billing took so much time, while in the same mall, when we shopped at other outlets, their bills were generated instantly within seconds?

Finally, when the bill was provided, not only had the per person rate been wrongly applied, but an additional ₹424+ taxes were charged unnecessarily. The total bill for 8 people came to ₹8,915, even though our order was strictly vegetarian and no non-veg items were included.

Overall, the experience was highly disappointing due to:

Miscommunication and misrepresentation of rates (₹899 exclusive vs. ₹999 inclusive).

Wrong charges being added (taxes and welcome drinks).

Extremely delayed billing (almost 1.5 hours wasted).

Poor justification of “server down,” while in the same mall, other outlets generated bills within seconds.

This was not at all expected from a brand like...

One of the finest place to go with family for dinner on any occasion. This place ensures you're loaded high with their amazing food and desserts. Firstly talking about the ambience, it was too good. Be it music, lights and everything. One thing I love the most about this place is the hospitality and soft spoken nature of waiters and not at just this particular one. You'll get the same level of hospitality in any Barbeque Nation outlet. They served us with Veg and Non Veg starters. Also they are very particular about the plates in which veg and non veg is served. Non veg eaters were given separate plates(+1 for that). Starters we're amazing as anything. I absolutely love Dahi Kebabs and Corn and I guess the waiter came to my table thrice with both of the dishes. I literally was full in starters only. There was so much of variety in main course and desserts but I was so full with my starters that I hardly had any of them. The desserts were so damn inviting, probably I'll have that only in my next visit. Also, we were there for my brother in law's birthday and they sort of celebrated his birthday by singing song and giving him a complimentery chocolate pastry.
