It takes a lot of effort to make a decent restaurant.
It takes one person to destroy it !!
In case of Yo China Faridabad, that one person is the Manager Mr Mahesh, off course the blame has to be shared by the indifferent owners of the place who are not concerned with the handling of an obviously loss making enterprise
Now it’s a wonder why the franchise owners and Yo China itself aren’t worried why their restaurant is almost vacant on a Saturday evening when Bercos next door has a table waiting, when all the numerous food outlets like MacD, Dominos, Subway, KFC are buzzing and humming ? Also when your place is decent, food is decent and the prices are decent ?
It’s the behavior Sirs !! No one goes out for dinner with your family to be mistreated ! There is NO service here…even when only 2-3 tables out of 20 are occupied, nop one will come even to serve water, let alone take order..they are too tired to bother. And when I approached THE Manager…I was literally yelled at….Sir, you have to be patient or you can leave !!! I asked to speak to the owners- I was told that yours truly will not let me speak to the manager, keep standing at the counter, I don’t care !!!
I think Mahesh has some super leverage on the owners, why else would you allow a mere employee to so completely destroy your business ??
I, an old customer of over 7-8 years, left, dined at Bercos, and would never go back !!! However, if the owners are half professionals- they...
Read moreA Disappointing Visit to Yo China
Yo China turned out to be a letdown – an almost empty restaurant with not much going for it. Despite the quiet surroundings, the service lacked basic courtesy; we had to call for water and remind them to serve our food. The dishes we ordered, like honey chilli potato, chilli garlic noodles, mushroom dried, and veg sizzler, failed to impress. The honey chilli potato was more sweet than spicy, the mushroom dish was overly salty, and the veg sizzler had only a few veggies despite promises otherwise. We even asked them to reduce the salt, but it didn't help much. In comparison, other places like Haldiram serve much better Chinese sizzlers with loads of veggies. Yo China didn't live up to our expectations, and the overall experience left our stomachs upset. We wouldn't recommend it, and it makes us wonder if the folks in the kitchen even wanted it to work, and their communication skills lack alot. Save yourself the disappointment and explore better...

They usually introduce new things on the menu every few months. Don't just stick to your manchurian and chilli paneer/chicken. They have a small counter for sprinkles bakery. Try the desserts, they're good. Last but not the least! They have an unlimited bust your belly feast twice a year! If you're a big eater then check it out! Even if you aren't, check it out.
