KFC — Restaurant in Haryana

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with KFC sector 35 Faridabad. I ordered veg patties and veg ginger and other item through Swiggy, but what I received was a completely different story.

Firstly, the food quality was worst. The chicken was overcooked, dry, and tasted more like cardboard than the juicy, crispy chicken I've come to expect from KFC.

Share quantity of veggie patties are delivered and small burger delivered instead of veg ginger burger.

But what's even more appalling is the fraudulent activity I encountered. I specifically ordered 2 pieces of veg patties, but when I opened the box, I found only one pieces. When I contacted the customer service, they simply denied. This is Unacceptable!

As a loyal customer, I expect more from KFC. It's not just about the food; it's about the trust and honesty that comes with it. I hope KFC takes immediate action to address these issues and regain the trust of their customers.

One of the most horrible outlets ever .So the other day , i had ordered 8 pc wings , 8 pc stripes &2 burgers , but i only received half of it . It was a takeaway &nd this account cashier cheated me off my food and MY money . I want the team or whoever is responsible to take a strict action against this "guy", the CASHIER who always takes the order , want this guy to be removed as soon as possible . The lst time when i had been here , it was the SAME GUY who cheated me off with 300/- against a 700 bill , that time i had CAUGHT him & he returned me the money , but this time, horrible. Its just so disgusting tht pppl like him are ditching us..There won't be a nxt time , but if i ever visit this place again &nd if i find this guy m nt gonna SPARE him , i have the bill nd everything . BLOODY...

From 2 days I ordered home delivery food from this outlet and haven’t got any food. They are making excuses that we cant come today because the under bridge is full of water and the second day they are saying we haven’t got the order but i got the message that u food is getiing prepared and and after sometime i got the message that ur food is dispatched and will be delivered at 8:15. I called them and said we have issued the complaint and will call back. I haven’t got any call back. Again i called them and said we have forwarded ur call to outlet and the outlet is saying we haven’t got any ordered but i got the message ur food is dispatched.

After so many calls and complaints about one hour and saying now we have received the order and should we send? ...
