Sagar Ratna — Restaurant in Haryana

I visited sagar ratna , crown interrorz mall on 21st of June, 2025 alongwith two of my friends. I ordered idli chaat and requested not to put curd on it as I am allergic to curd. It was really strange that the staff simply denied that they can not serve like this. I again requested that I want to taste this dish so please put all other sauces but I am allergic to curd therefore I cannot eat it as it is. They again rudely denied. Then I asked that instead of putting curd on the dish pour that curd in a separate bowl and I am even ready to pay extra amount so that it can satisfy both the parties but this time they became rude and again denied. It was really strange that they cannot even serve the things as per customer's need despite of getting full amount. Atleast I cancelled the order informed this to the main person sitting at the counter as I was literally shocked and have never faced such behaviour in any of their outlets. But the manager also said that sir we cannot make any changes as per the demand of the customer as it is against our policies. I had food at Sagar ratna faridabad, Crown Interiorz mall on 10/01/2024 in the afternoon. I ordered a few items among which one of them was a deluxe thali.

When the thali was brought out initially, it was a disaster. Mix vegetables only had beans and peasl literally, nothing else. Then shahi paneer had no shahiness, the gravy was watery and seemed to have only tomato and spices, dal makhni was watery and not creamy. Overall it didn’t seem like I was having a meal at Sagar ratna and it seemed like a fake restaurant to me.

They did take the thali back but didn’t change much. They added more vegetables to mixed vegetable but the flavour was not edible. I could mot eat anything in that thali and left it. Restaurant did not do anything to improve my experience. I will not take anyone to Sagar Ratna after this experience.
