Burger King Crown Interiorz Mall Faridabad — Restaurant in Haryana

The store is a good location and I have been there a few times but in my last visit the service was just pathetic. I enter the store and at counter order ledy didn't look at me for 5 min doing her own work and when she looked I told my order she told me to order online by scaning a qr code if I want to order online I will not be standing in front of you and giving my order but ok I opened the site and placed the order when the waiters delivered the order one item was short when I asked she came to give the item in her hand not even on a trey few minutes leter my kid just knocked one of drink on table so I rushed to counter and asked for tissue paper but guess what I am standing there my hand strech and the staff is doing there own work puting cups and things and talking to eachother after 2-3 min I asked loudly the they deem to notice my presence and asked eachother to give the tissue like you give you give. And for context at that time there was hardly any customer I was alone in the store when I ordered so it's not like it can happen because the rush was high. I have been other BK store and service was good but in this store disappointed. Never gonna go there again will go to McD 10 steps...

Pathetic atmosphere and hygiene at this place. Tables were dirty with leftovers on tables. Although trays were being cleared but nobody was wiping the leftovers on tables. Service was forced without any smile or greetings. Veg whopper burger had very soggy patty which was very chewy and indigestible. It had only one small piece of lettuce and a single ring of onion (see attached pic). Also, lettuce in both veg and non-veg burgers was stale, gone soggy and lacked bite/crunch. Not at all worth the price being charged. Pepsi was not available. Had no choice but to take mountain Dew in combo Tissues were half in size and so thin that they crumbled into bits without cleaning. Just ordered 4 veg whopper jr burgers from burger king sector 35 outlet via Zomato. The burgers literally only had few chopped lettuce and only a small amount of sauce inside it. When complained to the customer care they told me that you must've specified removal of these items that's why the burgers don't have them while I only mentioned the removal of pickles and jalapenos.
