Dark brown — Restaurant in Haryana

This is one of my favorite go to places when I’m hungry. The food tastes heavenly delicious. I ordered the following:

Mango waffles: What’s better than having waffles and mangoes as a combo topped with vanilla ice cream and maple syrup? Mangoes are a seasonal treat, I so love them and loved this combo as well. These are a must try! Rate: 5/5 Price: 150

Trio chocolate waffle: They don’t have it on their menu but it was created on our special request and the staff was too courteous to entertain it. We wanted a waffle that would have milk chocolate, dark chocolate and white chocolate on it. This turned out to be delicious and I totally recommend it. Had a terrible experience. I placed an order through Swiggy on 10/09/2020. I Received burned and Stale Burger. I contacted the restaurant regarding this issue. They told that they wiill get back to me in 5 minutes. I thought they will take the necessary action. But I had to call them again after 2 hours to hear that they can't do anything and told me to contact Swiggy.

I was like Seriously. You made that Burger and now you are telling me that you have nothing to do with it. You were just wasting my time, you actually didn't wanted to do anything about it.

This made me realize that Management of Dark Brown is Pathetic. I will see what can be done about my experience. This is not the customer Service I expected from them.

And then I contacted Swiggy. They also didn't do anything about this issue. I even told them to pick up the burger and check for themselves. But they also decided to do nothing.

I paid Rs 140 for a burger which I couldn't eat because it was not eatable. So Now I am gonna order from Zomato only. Also I am not gonna visit or order...

Another visit to this shakes Den Dark Brown which is an ultimate destination to treat yourself with some drooling shakes refreshing smoothie's and the place also caters you with some quick bite's like burger, pasta and sandwiches and variety of options in every section leaves you in an awe that what to try and what not to coz everything looks tempting and must try, but being regular here I tried my hand on cheese mix pasta and Oreo chocolate both were well made and pasta looked good enough to drool anyone , which was overloaded cheese and tossed up with spices and herbs, giving away amazing taste and the thick blended choco shake was also a great option to go with, and these both costed me just Rs 300 which was fair enough price for such fascinating treat, had another great time here, the services are swift here and staff is too generous here highly recommended for a drool some experience now you can accompany your shakes with waffles as well, Highly recommended place for everyone do visit them for highly...
