The Burger Club — Restaurant in Haryana

Read this, before you consider going to this "hi-fi" looking place. At the time of writing there are almost as many 1 star reviews as 5 star reviews. I still thought, what could be so wrong? I went to dine with my family.

Cons -

1. Cleanliness and hygiene - The staff was cleaning the table tops, but the floor of all the tables were dirty. When I asked him twice he refused.
2. Mice were spotted running.
3. The dustbin was overflowing.
4. Staff good at excuses - This place runs on excuses. a) Cold fries were served with explanation that adding sauce makes it cold. How convenient. b) Dirty floors were not sweeped even after requesting twice. Excuse given for not cleaning - due to closing time, but the customers are still expected to pay a premium price for dirt and unhygienic condition at closing time - why were customers even allowed inside, when service time was over. c) For mice - A customer broke the back glass door, due to which mice entered. Oh coincidentally, this happened yesterday!

There are other unemployed people who deserve this job more than this currently very incompetent staff.

Pros - The taste of the wrap was good. That's it.

But seeing all the dirt and unhygienic surrounding, did not feel like having the food there. We got our remaining food packed for takeout.

If in front of the customer such unhygienic condition prevail, I wonder how unhygienically the food must be prepared behind the hidden counters, specially during COVID-19.

Rs. 800 was the bill for this "exceptional" experience.

Not returning. And hope you don't make the same...

So I recently visited faridabad for a meeting. I was staying in a hotel just when I ordered from here for the dinner. So my experience was horrible so I thought it needs to be shared.

I ordered two burgers. In one burger the veggies were missing and the extra cheese was also not added. The tikki was stale also and it was not the worst.

In the second burger I found bunch of hair literally HUMAN HAIR. It was disgusting literally disgusting. I have posted the photos and videos about the same also. Though I raised a complaint in Zomato and they refunded the order amount also but It is not expected from such a big chain Burger Club . I usually eat from there in Delhi but it is no where comparable to it.I also contacted the manager of that unit but he said he was on a leave and will look into the matter but yet still there was no contact from him. Burger Club should seriously look into this matter and take necessary action if they want to preserve their name.

Never ever order from here. Seriously I also fall for the name but It is not...

I hosted by kid's birthday party at The Burger Club sector 15 Faridabad and I must say I am not happy, here are the factors contributing to this experience: The ACs were not working in the hot and humid climate and it became suffocating inside, and the staff didn't do anything about it Service was not done properly with meals handed out to kids with no tray or plates to serve, service was slow as well and I had to help them serve the cake in order to save time There were no toilets inside the premises, I mean how do you expect me to host a party with small kids without such basic facility I was promised that on every 300 Rs order they would provide a complimentary lemonade which they denied at the last moment and said they could only give 5 lemonades in lieu of my order worth more than 6700 Rs They were supposed to be playing music during the event as suggested at the time of booking, that was not there as well In total a very disappointing experience...will I ever host another event there or suggest anyone to...
