Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Haryana

⭐ 1 Star Terrible Service & No Resolution. I had a horrible experience with Domino’s Pipli Road, Kurukshetra outlet on February 26, 2025. I ordered a 5-course meal, a taco, and a Classic Pizza, but was wrongly given a Corn Pizza—which I do not consume at all. I immediately raised the issue and even provided photographic evidence, but despite waiting for over an hour, I received no resolution. I had to discard the pizza, and no replacement or refund was provided till now.

To make matters worse, I ordered a Non-Veg Taco, but after some time, the staff called and said it was out of stock, offering a Veg Taco instead. I agreed, yet they charged me for the Non-Veg Taco instead of adjusting the price.

The store manager at Domino’s Pipli, Kurukshetra, Mr. Yogesh Rana, displayed unprofessional behavior and lacked basic customer service skills. However, the rest of the staff acknowledged the mistake and sincerely apologized. I strongly recommend removing Mr. Rana, as such individuals can harm Domino’s reputation and customer experience.

Extremely disappointed! Would not recommend this outlet.

I hv ordered from then in night i ordered three pizzas but only one of them was having the seal rest didn't but when I called them then they told me that the delivery partner was making the pizza as the night order was going on so they have the shortage of staff so they made the delivery executive to pack the order and he miss back the order and that's the excuse and they didn't even offered me any replacement or refund and the owner also called me and said that he will send the replacement on the day tomorrow but then when i called him next time then he said to me that he can only replace one pizza only but I have order to from them which were not feel and was not edible at all so I request you to do not order from them so please if you are ordering then order at...

I ordered food from this place for my family via Zomato and what the crew from this restaurant did was to scam me on 23 Oct. They never prepared my order nor went out for delivery but kept ignoring my call for 3 hours (accepting my call and leaving the phone unattended) and when they answered they said the manager has gone out to delivery. Then they falsified that the order has been delivered and closed my order in zomato which was never received at my home. I am writing this because after 7 days of chasing zomato and dominos no one has answered regarding the issue and my complaint. I also requested refund which has not been initiated by Dominos.
