I am sharing my experience of La Pinoz service, especially for sector 14 Panchkula branch. Anyone having a few minutes, do read this review, Iâll try me best to tell how pathetic their service is.
I ordered two medium pizzas at 3.07 pm on Friday (Not a peak time to order a pizza). I was expecting my delivery in 30-40 mins max according to the app. So after 40 mins, there was no response from their side and app was still showing order is dispatched. So, I called the 14 sector branch to know the status of my order. They said that rider is not available, we will be dispatching your order in 5 mins. Then I waited for another 15 MINS and there was no response. Then I called again for the status, they said that rider has just arrived and will be delivering your order soon (Punctuality me full marks). By this time, it has been an hour I have placed an order and havenât received. I waited another 20 mins, and then called again if they were eating my pizza or delivering and guess what ?! They said âRIDER JUST ARRIVED, HE WILL BE CALLING YOU SOONâ. Then I said its been one and half hour, so according to policy they should give the pizza for free now. And I have still not received my pizza. So, they set up a call with their outlet manager. He did a conference call with the rider who was delivering, but for some reason he was talking to himself as I was not able to hear voice of any third person on the call. I said that itâs more then one and a half hour, I wonât pay for it according to your 30 mins policy. He first acknowledged that they have a 30 mins policy but after a few seconds he said 30 mins is for dominos not for la pinoz. Then he said they have a 40 mins policy. BINGO!!! is 30 to 40 mins going to change the whole scenario for me. Itâs been one hour 40 mins and this manager gave an excuse that he wasnât at the outlet (like if I had held his legs and didnât let him go to outlet). So, I just cancelled my order.    Read moreI ordered 2 large pizzaâs online from MDC-5 and even paid for delivery charges extra . First of all,Without informing me and taking my consent they transferred my order to sector-14 panchkula chain whose preparation of pizza I donât like . Even I could have ordered from sector-14 panchkula and even get delivered for free too, but there was a reason that I didnât order it from there. Secondly, my order was prepared by 2:16pm and was delivered to me after 3pm. It took more than 45mins. to get delivered though my location is just 5mins. away from sector-14 chain. Moreover, quality of preparation was too bad and not as per standards that I used to eat. Thirdly , when I called to know about my order after it was showing dispatched , the mdc-5 team just mislead me and kept on saying 10mins. after and after again each time I called them and even when I was complaining about this to them they didnât bothered about it.

When the order wasn't delivered until 40 minutes past the time order was placed, I called the restaurant and was told they have transferred to sector 14 Panchkula and a delivery executive would call me. No call was made and when I again called they said they have informed sector 14 Panchkula branch but I still didn't receive the call. I received the call after 40 minimum after I was told I will receive a call. In total the order was delivered after 1 hour 20 minutes post the order was placed. This is the last time I am placing the order from La Pino. Dominos your rival does a better job in delivering within 30 minutes and values their customers.
