McDonald's — Restaurant in Haryana

Extremely disappointed with my visit. Ordered a grilled chicken burger, McChicken burger, aloo tikki, and coffee. Despite the store being relatively empty in the early evening, the staff was busy chit-chatting among themselves rather than focusing on customer service.

The food quality was appalling. The grilled chicken tasted like rubber, the aloo tikki was still frozen, the sauces were thick and stale, and the onions looked far from fresh (see pictures). To make things worse, they completely forgot our coffee. We had to remind them twice, and even after finishing our meal, the coffee never arrived. We eventually had to request it as a takeaway.

While they have decent seating and self-serve machines, the food quality and service were absolutely horrible. Avoid this place...

I bought a a cappuccino & a cold coffee, it took time more than expected. Cold coffee was given in wrong glass & cappuccino was over filled, it can hurt anyone( hot coffee) I raise the concern to one of the staff that guy ignored me. I ask one of the other staff Armaan, he didn’t do anything.

Ownership please be serious about customer service & hire good employees.

This outlet is so hygiened and top notch cleanliness and a very good staff because one time I don't know about how to apply for offers in mc donalds and one lady staff help me to order and that is there generosity and they are very quick with orders but sometimes when there is very rush so the order gets delayed but this happens with me only one time out...
