Msai Mara — Restaurant in Haryana

It was a fantastic experience to have dinner at Msai Mara, a multi cuisine restaurant in sector 16, Faridabad. The ambiance was inviting and comfortable, making it an ideal spot.

The menu offered a diverse range of options, but the highlight was undoubtedly the Indian cuisine. The flavors were authentic, and each dish was prepared to perfection. From the appetizers to the main courses, every bite was a delightful journey through Indian culinary traditions. The tandoori items were particularly exceptional, with the right balance of spices and tenderness.

The staff were attentive and courteous, ensuring that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations based on our preferences. The service was prompt, and the wait time for food was minimal, which is always a pleasure.

Had reservation for 1.30, had to request for table atleast 4 times and finally got table at 2.20.

Restaurant for full at 1.30, but a kitty party got over at 1.55 and freed up 3 tables. Asked them to clean the table and give 2 tables to us (we were 8 PPL). But for next 20 minutes, no 1 seemed interested to clean the tables.

Finally they gave us a private sitting space at 2.20 and floor ard table was dirty(See pic) , tissue papers on Sofa(See pic) , used glasses on table and table dirty. Had to request 2-3 times to clean.

Starters arrived, but still no cutlery, glasses and plates on table.

Finally the plates came and the 3ed plate in pile was not even washed properly. (See pic)

Food though was Good, humble yellow dal tadka tasted delicious. They can try to put a bit lesser ghee on breads. Overall spice level was above average, but manageable

For the pricing, much better service is expected. No discount was offered (and did not asked too) apart from 15% discount...

I recently booked this venue for a party and was assured that the entire 2nd floor would be reserved exclusively for our event, confirmed this twice with management before proceeding for booking. Unfortunately, during the party, other guests were allowed into our space. For name sake they literally served desserts in dinner plate, their team lacks basic dinning sense which was quite inadequate. When I raised these issues with Manager Gaurav and other senior staff members, they were completely unresponsive and showed no accountability for the shortcomings. Their demeanor and attitude were highly unprofessional, giving the impression that the owner had employed untrained staff rather than professionals. Thank goodness Mr. Gaurav only counted the brownie and ice cream as two desserts—who knows what would have happened if he had started counting each vegetable in the mixed...
