I have been a regular customer at Om Sweets for years, but my recent experiences have been nothing short of disappointing. The brand that once stood for quality and great service is now only surviving on its name. The staff, especially at the outside chat counter, is extremely unprofessional, rude, and lacks basic customer service etiquette.

First, the behavior of the staff is unacceptable. They are not only inattentive but also outright rude to customers. Instead of serving with a smile, they act as if they are doing customers a favor. Any request or query is met with an attitude, and if you try to point out an issue, they respond with arrogance rather than resolving the problem.

The service is completely unorganized. There is no queue management, and even if you have been waiting patiently, the staff tends to ignore you and serve customers randomly. They don’t follow any order, and if you ask them about it, they become defensive instead of fixing the issue.

One of the biggest concerns is the packing quality. The way they pack food is extremely poor—often messy, unhygienic, and unprofessional. Many times, I have received leaking or torn packaging, and when I complained about it, the staff simply shrugged it off as if it was not their problem. It is frustrating to pay a premium price for food and receive such careless service.

Moreover, there is no control over cleanliness or hygiene at the chat counter. The area is often untidy, and the staff seems least bothered about maintaining hygiene standards. At a time when food safety is a priority, this level of negligence is unacceptable.

What’s even worse is that despite several complaints, the management does not seem to take any action. The lack of supervision and accountability is evident. Om Sweets was once known for its great food and service, but now, it is just running on its past reputation. If they don’t improve their staff’s behavior and overall service, they will lose loyal customers like me.

I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the customer experience. Until then, I would not recommend Om Sweets to anyone looking for good service and a pleasant dining experience. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and offer much...

Om Sweets is a vegetarian restaurant that serves delicious food from different cuisines. I went there with my friends for lunch and we had a great time. The restaurant is located in a convenient place and has ample parking space. The restaurant is well-maintained and has a nice decor. The staff is polite, friendly and efficient. They took our orders quickly and served us promptly. The menu has a lot of options to choose from, such as North Indian, South Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes. We ordered some soups, salads, snacks, main courses and desserts and we enjoyed everything. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. The portions were big and the prices were fair. The food was cooked well and had the right amount of spices and flavors. Some of the dishes that we loved were the tomato soup, the veg spring rolls, the chole bhature, the pav bhaji, the cheese dosa, the veg noodles and the rasmalai. The restaurant also has a bakery section where they sell cakes, pastries, cookies and other baked items. We bought some chocolate cake and it was moist and yummy. Om Sweets is sweet shop and a family restaurant and at reasonable price and variety in Menu. Crowded at night and long queue on weekend.

Let us see how can I review this place in different parameters. Food items:

1. Sweets- Om sweets is famous for Doda and it is one of the tasty sweet. Ras malai is good. Pyaz Kachori does not give expected bikaneri taste.
2. Bakery: they have nice bakery and sell varity of cakes, Pastry and few more items and cakes are tasty.
3. Restaurant: they do serve North India, South Indian, Chinese food. But each of food item need little improvement to give real taste of the dish. This feedback is same post multiple visits. For example: Sambhar Vada: flavour of South is missing. Puri Bhaji : Taste is not really as expected for this dish. Raj Kachori: Kachori is of poor quality. Same goes for Chinese food, it can be better as well. Soya Chap: they has started this recently. Good taste and reasonable price.
