Kake Da Hotel Faridabad Sector -16 — Restaurant in Haryana

Dated : 17 Nov 2024 About the evening, I ordered Mushroom Tikka with Rumali Roti through Swiggy. When the order arrives , the packet reads “Zomato” and contains a plate of Egg Biryani. I connected to the server of the restaurant, who on speaking over the phone stated that he was not at fault at all. The audacity he carried while telling a vegetarian person to consume egg-containing food was totally unacceptable. He refused to help me out over the phone and also disconnected the phone twice. This led me to going to the restaurant myself and I confronted him about his nonsense and sheer sense of irresponsibility. On confronting, things were sorted only when a neighbour intervened. As the server, his duty was to provide us with an alternative way to get the correct order and pass the incorrect one back to the restaurant. On the sharp contrary, he carried the air of ignorance and arrogance towards his own made mistake. He misbehaved a lot and did not accept his mistake. He framed the Swiggy service provider when in reality it was his responsibility to make sure things were right.
