Oasis — Restaurant in Haryana

Im writing this while sitting at my table (yes im that disappointed) .

Buffet is below average. They have only one item in fish, also the butter chicken was so poorly cooked , the chicken wasn’t marinated well because it had no salt inside , kathal sabji was bitter so obviously they dont do food tasting before serving . Malai kofta was somthing you wont take another bite of after tasting ! Sweets and all are fine but limited options for a price . I have stayed in the same property and had room dine in before which was good , first time i tried buffet and pretty disappointed.

It was not so good experience with Taj this time. We went there through pre-booked food Fest through HDFC Bank and we ordered a 3 course meal , Food was averageand service also very slow. We ate half of the food and to not waste rest of it ,we asked to pack it but they refused and gave silly reason about it. We spend around 2800 and wasted half of the food. They are ok with wasting of food rather than handover to customer to reuse in any way....

My family and I have been staying at the Vivanta and have almost exclusively been eating at Oasis during our stay. Most meals we have had Suman as our server, and I wish we could've had him each meal. He has been nothing but professional, helpful, and humble. As Americans, we tried to give him a tip numerous times, each time he denied it. He should be promoted and...
